The article to produce is studied in all its details.
To check all the needed accessories to finish the order in time, including their separation and organization.
Identify batches and “PARTIDAS DE MALHA” and proceed to their separation.
To expand the textile, relax it and cut by the delivered moldings, each batch cutted by the specific order ratio.
Phase Two
Machinery organization for each operation and machinery set-up.
Each different part of the piece is sewn according to methods and inherent times.
Will be reviewed, cleaned and trimmed all remnant threads and rejected all parts with defects in raw material and/or production.
Phase Three
Each piece is ironed and/or steamed according to received instructions, then folded and packed individually according to the instructions received.
Phase Four
Packaging in complete sets.
Placement of assortments in boxes.
Label fixing
